'The Body Coach' Joe Wicks admits his work-life balance makes him ‘feel bad’ as he discusses fatherhood, his career and engagement to Rosie Jones

He is one of the UK's most successful fitness gurus, earning his popularity by his tag line 'Lean in 15' on Instagram.

And as well as his triumphant career, Joe Wicks' personal life has seen the birth of his daughter Indie, now eight-months old, who he welcomed with fiancée Rosie Jones - which has now led to a refreshingly honest interview with Happiful Magazine. 

The exercise enthusiast, known as The Body Coach, has detailed his newfound role as a family man trying to juggle work commitments before revealing his thoughts on his impending marriage.

After being inspired by the birth of his daughter Indie, Joe confirmed his plans to write a babies recipe book in January. 

It is clear Joe has no plans of slowing down on the career front now that he has a small child, however did confess in the April edition of the mental health magazine
