The mother of two hit the pavement in white sneakers while chatting with a pal during their trek to the gym.
Jennifer, who added aviator sunglasses, pulled her caramel tresses back into a messy bun and left her face makeup free.
Meanwhile, Alex was seen arriving to a New York City office building in a zippered hoodie and sweats.
