Jessica Simpson has welcomed her third child, daughter Birdie.
The actress turned fashion designer and her husband Eric Johnson celebrated the arrival in Los Angeles, according to a report on The Blast.
The website reported that the 38-year-old was surrounded by her family, including her husband and father Joe Simpson.

The baby joins big siblings, daughter Maxwell, six, and son Ace, five.
An insider told Entertainment Tonight this week that the star was ready to meet her new arrival.
'Jessica is definitely uncomfortable. This has been a tough pregnancy but she knows it will all be worth it when she's holding that little baby. Her hospital bags are packed. Everyone is trying to be patient, but the family is so excited and counting the minutes until the baby is here.'
The Blonde Ambition star posted a picture of her burgeoning baby bump on social media this week, which showed she was ready to give birth any day.
Jessica didn't have an easy time of it this pregnancy, variously battling insomnia, severe acid reflux, bronchitis, back pain and anxiety.
