In a drunken confession as they celebrated her 29th birthday, the Essex girl said she relies on her natural cycle to prevent her from falling pregnant, after she confessed being determined to stay in shape ahead of Billie's wedding.
It came as Billie admitted she was struggling with the stress of planning her upcoming Maldives wedding to fiancé Greg Shepherd, and at one point was reduced to tears by her 'selfish' husband-to-be.

After telling Billie she only recently started having periods, over a year after giving birth to daughter Rosie, she admitted: 'I'm maid of honour I need to look really good in my bridesmaid's dress.
'I do want more babies, so I should be thinking about what I'm taking, so I can avoid pregnancy at the moment.'
After Billie drunkenly declared Sam should 'have the coil,' she confessed: 'I'm just not doing anything at the minute, isn't there only one pocket in the month that you can fall pregnant, I'm going by that.
'I know it's safe, but if I can just stick to my cycle. I've only had two periods so this is all new to me anyway.'
