But while the show has kept Australians glued to their television screens, Mark Scrivens says the whole experiment is 'toxic'. Speaking to E! Australia on Wednesday, the 41-year-old said the contestants were essentially forced into friendships due to the isolation of filming. The producers won't be happy! Australia on Wednesday 'We're all pretty good friends out of this and we've all been in that weird toxic bubble for a long period of time, so you do form quite close bonds,' he said. Elsewhere during the interview, Mark denied rumours of a 'revenge romance' between his co-stars Tamara Joy and Mick Gould. 'I actually saw Tamara yesterday... I spoke to her and she said there's nothing there,' he said. It comes after co-star Jessika Power suggested that Mark couldn't wait to leave the experiment so he could 'sleep with other women' earlier this week.
