High profile fitness expert Michelle Bridges became a mum for the first time at age 45, and it is clear that she has learnt a few things in the three years since then.
Michelle, 45, gave birth to baby son Axel, 3, in 2015 with fellow Biggest Loser trainer 'Commando' Steve Willis, 42.
And on Thursday, Michelle took to Instagram to post some adorable photos of her boy, and to take a swipe at Married At First Sight along the way.

She posted a picture of her and Axel relaxing on the lounge, after the little boy had 'flooded the bathroom'.
In good humour, Michelle lovingly captioned the picture: 'So you flooded the bathroom... dad is away and we've got an early start... love you Gromit #parentlife.'
The proud mum is no doubt reeling from all the drama on this year's season of MAFS, so much so that she took a swipe at the reality show in the same Instagram post.
