He had not one but two main roles in the Harry Potter films, playing Professor Flitwick and Griphook.

And Warwick Davis, 49, has now lifted the lid on a secret movie moment that involved his family starring in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, the final movie of the wizarding franchise based on J.K. Rowling's bestselling books.

He got his wife Samantha, 48, their two children Annabelle, 21, Harrison, 16, and his father-in-law Peter Burroughs, 72, in on the action, securing his loved ones secrets cameos as Goblins working in Gringotts Wizarding Bank.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan UK at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter, the Star Wars actor shared: 'The last time I was here, the room was filled with 60 goblins.  

'Some of them my own family namely my wife, father-in-law and kids Annabel and Harrison all played goblins. [So coming back] I think about the fun times we had.'

Giving eagle-eyed fans a chance to spot his family, he added: 'If you watch Deathly Hallows Part 2, you'll see Annabel and Harrison cross the wide shot of Gringotts the first time you come in for the doors in that film.'

Warwick also opened up about the privilege of playing not one, but two characters in the magical movies - and how he preferred playing the evil Griphook over bashful Professor Flitwick.
