Their co-created Canadian comedy hit TV screens in 2015. 

And four years following its debut, the upcoming sixth season of Schitt's Creed will be its last. 

Dan Levy, who co-created the film with his father Euguene, took to Twitter to announce the show's end on Thursday.

In his Twitter post, Dan announced the show was returning for it's sixth season, before breaking the news of its ending. 

'We also wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that we have decided season six will be our last.'
