The Real Housewives Of Atlanta diva, 37, has welcomed her first child - a daughter - with fiance Dennis McKinley, according to social media shared by her family Friday.
Her husband-to-be was the first to post about the happy news, sharing a video of Porsha patiently lying down in a hospital bed right before her labor.

The Atlanta star's sister Lauren Williams was also in a celebratory mood.
She announced the baby girl was here while sharing a screenshot of a text conversation with Dennis.
