She voted to leave their marriage during Sunday night's commitment ceremony. 

But MAFS' Ning Surasiang is determined to maker things work with Mark Scrivens as they head into the final week of the experiment.

In a steamy new trailer, the mother-of-three, 32, is shown relaxing in a spa as her husband, 41, massages her shoulders. 

The couple, who have clashed repeatedly throughout the season, get up close and personal in the bathtub surrounded by flickering candles. 

The camera lingers on Mark's hands as he rubs his wife's back vigorously. 

'I don't think you can get anymore romantic!' Ning says softly in a voice over.
