Spider-Man: Far From Home releases three new posters as Peter Parker travels

Three new posters from Spider-Man: Far From Home were released on Monday morning. 

Spider-Man is seen in three locations in Europe: Berlin, Germany, Venice, Italy, and London, England. Tom Holland is returning as the title character for the new film, which will be released on July 5.

Also in the cast is with Jake Gyllenhaal as the villain Mysterio, Zendaya as MJ, Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes/Vulture, Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May.

Far From Home means that Peter and his friends are not in the US - they have taken a school trip to Europe. 

While abroad, he is recruited by Nick Fury to team up with Mysterio to battle the Elementals.

Filming began in July 2018 in England, the Czech Republic, Venice, and the New York metropolitan area, before wrapping in October 2018.

The film is set to be the sequel to the 2017 film Spider-Man: Homecoming and is directed by Jon Watts, written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

Holland has already moved on to his next project. He is reuniting with the Russo brothers to star in Cherry.

The actor is set to star in the adaptation of Nico Walker's 2018 based-on-truth novel, which Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo secured the rights to last year.

The tome tells the true story of the author, a former army medic who returned from war in Iraq with un-diagnosed PTSD, fell into opioid addiction and began robbing banks.

Walker was caught in 2011 and is scheduled to be released in 2020.

Jessica Goldberg wrote the adaptation while Joe and Anthony will produce for their AGBO studio.
