Ali Fedotowsky has been very candid about the changes she has gone through since becoming a mother.
And on Monday the former Bachelorette star, 34, was at it again as she shared an image of her tummy 10 months after welcoming her second child, son Riley.
The blonde beauty looked very slender but had extra skin on her stomach which she said she 'actually kind of like' in a lengthy Instagram note that championed body positivity.

The first photo was of her heavily pregnant with Riley. The second was the more slender image, making for a shocking before and after.
Her note began, 'It’s crazy to think this was my body 10 months ago. Look at that belly! (swipe to see my belly today).
'I knew I had a larger than average belly when I was pregnant with Riley (because he was a big baby and because I had Polyhydramnios) But I don’t think I realized just how big I was. So why am earth would I think my body should bounce back to a flat tummy 10 months after THIS?
Just before she gave birth: The first photo was of her heavily pregnant with Riley. She had on a red, white and blue bra top with black leggings
Slimmer suddenly: The second was the more slender image where she had on a black scalloped bra top and red briefs while on the edge of her hot tub
'Not only is my tummy not flat, but I have a large flap of loose skin that I don’t think it’s ever going to go away. And you know what, that’s OK.'
She then said that she was proud of the extra skin.
'To be 100% honest with you guys I actually kind of like my loose skin. That’s the honest truth. That isn’t to say that a year from now I won’t change my mind and want to do something about it but right now it feels like a badge of honor.'
She also said she 'earned' the loose skin.
'I gave everything my body has to offer to bring two beautiful humans into this world!' said the TV darling.
