Fans of The Block will have the opportunity to live in The Gatwick Hotel once again, as one of its newly-renovated apartments is up for rent.
The apartment, which was flipped Courtney and Hans last year, was purchased at auction for $2.77million by The Gatwick's former owners, Yvette Kelly and Rose Banks, who had previously sold the entire building to Channel Nine for $10million.
And after spending so much on the apartment in St Kilda, Melbourne, the two women are determined to get their money's worth

Sisters Yvette and Rose are asking for $2,400 per week in rent for the fully furnished apartment, which boasts the largest living and dining spaces in Block history.
It also features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a secure parking spot.
Meanwhile, the kitchen comes with two ovens, a coffee machine, wine fridge and butler’s pantry.
