Married At First Sight received dozens of formal complaints this week after airing a sexually suggestive scene involving Jessika Power and Daniel Webb on Monday.
But Daily Mail Australia can reveal this bedroom romp was comparatively tame compared to another incident that was caught on camera.

'Nobody expected things to go as far as they did,' said a source close to production.
