His new look also accentuated his slimmer nose after Michael previously went under the knife. During a MAFS episode that aired in February, Michael revealed he had undergone cosmetic surgery. While on his honeymoon with Martha Kalifatidis, the 28-year-old explained he had rhinoplasty to fix his 'broken nose'.
