Ali Oetjen confirmed last year that she would be undergoing a breast reduction as she 'doesn't feel comfortable' with implants. 

And on Monday, the 32-year-old appeared to have a smaller chest, in a photo shared to her Instagram.

The blonde wore a plunging orange bikini top and coordinating briefs, and posed in an outdoor setting.

It's believed the photograph posted to Instagram was likely captured two weeks ago, as Ali shared a similar picture to her account on March 17. 

In the photo, Ali's bust looked noticeably smaller compared to previous snaps.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ali Oetjen for comment. 

Just last month, Ali hinted on Instagram that she wanted a free or discounted breast reduction.

In a series of Instagram Story posts, Ali asked for 'recommendations' of Melbourne-based plastic surgeons.

Asking fans to 'recommend' cosmetic specialists is a widely-known trick used by Instagram models to attract 'collaborators' who offer free products or services in exchange for online endorsements.
