John McEnroe was pictured sitting courtside at the New York Knicks game on Sunday, wearing a trendy backwards baseball cap. 

The tennis champ, 60, looked delighted as he managed to catch the ball when it bounced over in his direction at Madison Square Garden in New York on Saturday. 

And there were no soft drinks in sight for the health-conscious sportsman, who had a glass of green juice placed at his feet.

John wore an all-black ensemble and looked rather hip, wearing a series of blinging chains and Converse trainers.  

The Knicks were competing against The Miami Heat, who won 100-92. 

His outing comes just days after the outspoken former Wimbledon star blasted his former father-in-law Ryan O'Neal on Thursday on Watch What Happens Live.
