And Geri Horner allowed fans a glimpse into rehearsals on Instagram on Monday afternoon, as she practiced the moves for the band's iconic single Spice Up Your Life.
Geri was seen refreshing her memory, with the help of a choreographer, on the famous moves - just hours after she had broken her silence about bandmate Mel B's claims that they had enjoyed a romantic liaison in the 90s.

Proving she is concentrating on the highly-anticipated reunion - which kicks off in May around the UK - Geri, 46, looked focused as she mirrored the choreographer in front of her, dancing along to the single, which first stormed the charts in 1997.
Wearing a black strap top and white skinny jeans with sporty white trainers, Geri sang her part of the lyrics and showed no sign of not being able to replicate the iconic routine when it comes time to take to the stage in a few weeks' time.
'Hi Si Ja Hold tight! Had so much fun today. Getting in a little early practice on those moves!' Geri captioned the snap, quoting the well-know line from the song.
Geri sang her line 'Flamenco' after which Mel C could be heard on the track singing her line. But Mel B - who things have evidently been fractious with this past week - appeared to be in the room with Geri, heard in the background singer 'The hip-hop is harder' live.

Geri responded to Mel's claims - which she made during a taping for Piers Morgan's Life Stories - that the women had a fling that lasted for a whole year, by saying she felt 'hurt' by the speculation and that she wants to move on.
This comes as tweets from the pair in 2013 have resurfaced in which they are seen making knowing comments to one another about lesbians.
Replying to a tweet posted by the official account of Viva Forever, the short-lived Spice Girls musical that ran from 2012-2013, Geri wrote:
'Diamond [one of the Viva Forever characters] is one of my faves, she's so gentle, yet you can't stop watching her.'
To which Mel B replied: 'Lesbian!'
Geri then replied: 'I love lesbians!'
To which Mel tweeted: 'Me too!!!'
In a statement issued to MailOnline on Sunday, Geri reiterated her love for all four of her former bandmates and shared how much she was looking forward to touring with Mel B, 43, Mel C, 45, and Emma Bunton, 43, later this year [Victoria isn't taking part].
