Sam Frost celebrated her 30th birthday over the weekend.
And on Tuesday, the Home and Away actress' best friend, Sarah-Mae Amey, shared a touching tribute for the star.
Sarah shared a photo of the pair celebrating at the Royal Hotel in Paddington last week and said Sam has a heart of gold.

'Happy 30th Birthday month my beautiful @froo01... Can't wait for all of the celebrations Xx'.
Looking very glamorous, the pair were both holding a bunch of colourful helium balloons while they stood in the private area of the hotel.
