A Facebook user claimed on Wednesday that Ines, 29, had asked the owners of the Elysium Restaurant & Bar to 'close down so she could have lunch in peace' last week. She had just left nearby Cleveland Magistrates Court with her lawyer Ivan Sayad after pleading guilty to drink driving and other charges and wanted to celebrate the end of a stressful few months. A week after the sighting, however, somebody wrote on a Facebook fan page: 'I just spoke to a friend that was at Cleveland the other day when Ines was there for court. 'Who does this woman think she is? After court she went into the pub and asked them to close it down so she could have lunch in peace. Of course they said no. This woman is off her head.' Bottoms up! It's rather sad.' A spokesperson for Elysium Restaurant & Bar also denied the claims, insisting that Ines did not request that other patrons leave the venue. 'She actually sat in one of the most visible spots,' they said.' She was no trouble at all, she just came in and had a wine with her lawyer. 'I didn't even know who she was. The only reason I knew she was famous was because of all the paparazzi taking photos of her.'
