Troy Cassar-Daley has said goodbye to his extraordinary weekend getaway property after it was sold at auction this week, pending negotiations.
The sprawling 10-acre 'Carinya' property, which sits just outside of Fernvale, west of Brisbane, went to auction over the weekend and is now sitting under offer.
Boasting stunning water views, four spacious bedrooms and a terrace balcony, the retreat also inspired the four-time ARIA winner's 2009 song, I Love This Place.

The tranquil getaway home was passed in by a young local couple, with negotiations securing a conditional offer the next day, realestate.com.au reports.
Talking about the property, Troy said he always wanted to secure a place that would provide amazing memories for his family.
'We wanted a place so our kids could experience some of the country life I experienced growing up and this has always been our great escape; a really special part of our memories,' he told Domain.
'The fact we heard stacks of children's laughter there, that was wonderful.

Troy and his radio and TV presenter wife Laurel Edwards have enjoyed the home for the past 12 years.
