The man photographed with Patsy Kensit during a drinking session with friends on Saturday is millionaire biotech tycoon Fabio Pannuti who insists they are not romantically involved.
Speaking to MailOnline, Mr Pannuti revealed that he and Patsy, 51, are simply friends who were enjoying a social drink at his regular, The Orange pub in Pimlico, where they were spotted.
Mr Pannuti said: 'There has been speculation for some time now that Patsy and I are in a romantic relationship. That is 100% categorically not true.

'There is absolutely nothing between us apart from a strong friendship. I value this opportunity to set the record straight.
'We try and meet as often as we can because we like each other’s company; that’s all there is to it. I go to The Orange very regularly because I really like it there and Patsy often comes with me.
'I hadn’t seen her for a few weeks so I arranged to have a drink with her and some friends there.'
