And Mel B put her fury to the back of her mind as she laid on an extravagant birthday party for her 12-year-old daughter Angel in Beverley Hills on Wednesday.
The outspoken singer, 43, who shares her daughter with Eddy Murphy, could be seen chilling in a park with her BFF Gary Madatyan whilst her daughter and her friends enjoyed a day of gaming in a party bus parked up nearby.

Mel kept a low profile by going make-up free and covering her hair with a blue baseball cap which she paired with blue leggings, a loose t-shirt and a zip-up hooded jacket.
The singer and Gary chatted as they sat on the grass and kept an eye on the bus that was spray painted in neon hues with a range of video gaming characters such as Super Mario and Sonic the Hedgehog.
The party bus boasted an entertainment system complete with multiple gaming consoles to keep the youngsters busy for hours.
The sighting comes after reports emerged that Scary Spice has been left 'perplexed' by Ginger Spice's denial about their sexual history and it is also claimed that the pair can't even be in the same room at the moment.

It has been revealed: 'The gigs are going ahead no matter what, but all the girls are prepared for more epic rows.
'At the moment Geri doesn't even want to be in the same room as Mel B. There's no way more worldwide dates will be added.'

With 'bad blood simmering,' insiders also suggest that women are 'dreading' rehearsals for the Spice Girls' 2019 reunion tour, which commence later this month.

This comes as Mel B's sister Danielle Brown discussed her romp with Geri, saying the Look At Me hitmaker wouldn't be bothered as she's had 'worse things written about her' but can't say the same for her husband Christian Horner.
Speaking to New! Magazine, the actress, 38, said she wasn't shocked by the fling revelations, and continued: 'Geri's had worse things said about her before. Besides, Mel told Geri about it before it went in the papers.
Danielle acknowledged that Geri had moved on from her wild Spice Girls days, labelling her a 'country house' dwelling woman' and believes that the singer's F1 mogul husband may have been unimpressed by the revelations.

Although Danielle insisted that Geri was aware of what Mel was planning to reveal, that's not the impression that Geri gave when she issued a denial about the secret liaison on Sunday.
Insisting that she loved all four of her bandmates, Geri said she 'couldn't wait' to reunite with them - even posting a video of her practising the old dance routines at home while she prepares for their stage return, on Monday.
