The New Zealand model welcomed her second son, Luca Fox, two weeks ago.

And busy mother Nikki Phillips, 36, hasn't wasted any time in getting back into a steady exercise routine.  

Taking to Instagram Stories on Friday, she happily shared her fitness tips after a fan questioned how she manages to workout with a newborn in tow.
