He was seen on an Instagram Live video saying he planned to 'pursue' Nipsey Hussle's partner Lauren London, less than a week after the rapper was shot dead outside his clothing store in Los Angeles.

And Kodak Black, 21, returned to social media over the weekend to offer an apology of some sort, after getting called out by a variety of stars for his comments.

'If I disrespected you Lauren London, in any shape or form, I'm sorry,' said the Wake Up in the Sky creator on Instagram Live.

Before offering his apology, Kodak had little remorse for what he had said, saying on the social media platform, 'Hell yeah, I said what I said.

'What the f***? Y'all expect her to be single forever? I said I'll give her a year to grieve and cry. Hell yeah, she a bad b****.' 

However, the Tunnel Vision rapper changed his tune a little later, after receiving criticism from T.I. and The Game, and getting his music pulled from Los Angeles' Power 106.

'If I disrespected you Lauren London, in any shape or form, I'm sorry,' he offered later after ruminating on the situation.

'Even though I didn't. And rest in peace to dude. Y'all already know what I said. I said dude encouraged me to do s*** for the community.  'My bad, to them two. 

'But, anyhow. But for all you other people trying to fake act like you little boying me on the internet or checking me on the internet, that's how you wanna feel....

'Wherever y'all see me at, if that's how you feel, that's how you feel. Don't try to little boy me on the internet.'

Nipsey was shot dead outside his clothing store in Los Angeles on Sunday and is survived by Lauren and their two-year-old son Kross as well as his daughter Emani, from a previous relationship.
