Gary Barlow has blasted men for letting themselves go once they turn 30. 

The Take That singer, who embraced a healthier lifestyle in his 40s, said earlier generations couldn’t be ‘a****’ once they were married and had children.

But he insisted that modern men were giving up more time to staying healthy and looking good, which they shouldn’t be ashamed of.
