Gary Barlow criticises men who let themselves go at 30

Gary Barlow has blasted men for letting themselves go once they turn 30. 

The Take That singer, who embraced a healthier lifestyle in his 40s, said earlier generations couldn’t be ‘a****’ once they were married and had children.

But he insisted that modern men were giving up more time to staying healthy and looking good, which they shouldn’t be ashamed of.

Barlow, 48, told The Daily Telegraph: ‘One thing I have really enjoyed in the last few years and it is people - and increasingly men - not being ashamed of trying to make themselves a bit better.
