And the Teen Mom OG star sure seems to be proud of her decision as she once again put her backside on display while in Tulum, Mexico. The TV star has been south of the border all week as she enjoys some alone time at the adults-only hotel O'Tulum.
On Friday, the brunette wore a shiny pewter bikini which had a bra top design with skinny briefs that made the most of her 5ft7in frame.

Farrah visited an 'aesthetic nurse' to get her derriere enhanced in early 2018. She got 'butt injections' in an effort to 'smooth out' her shape.
'This booty cheek's done. We are just smoothing it out, keeping it normal, keeping it natural with our regular collagen,' explained the star to her Instagram followers.
While the adult entertainment figure narrated the scene to the camera, her daughter Sophia could be seen behind mom, filming the action on another phone.
