The Loose Women star, 49, took part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins when she went through the terrifying ordeal in the Chilean Andes. Andrea explained that a storm came in while she and the rest of the celebrities were on the mountain and it gradually became colder and colder, causing her to collapse. She told The Mirror: 'All I can remember is I was so cold, and Ant shouted at everyone to gather around me and I can’t remember what he called it, but it was something to do with penguins. 'They hugged around me to keep me warm. I was shaking and then the next thing, my body just stopped shaking, I went very, very still, and then that was when my legs went.' 'I just felt really numb. You don’t even feel scared. It’s a weird, weird, floaty nothing feeling.' She described stress levels as being on 'high alert' during filming as contestants don't know when something bad is going to happen to them. She said that while people associate 'hot flashes' with menopause, it can also mean 'if you get cold, you can't warm up'.
