Erin Molan had to cancel work commitments this weekend after fracturing her right hand and ending up in hospital.
And the busy mother-of-one has jokingly blamed Channel Nine's Married at First Sight for the accident.
Erin, 35, told Sydney Morning Herald on Sunday that while rushing to catch her favourite TV show, she tripped down the stairs on a slinky.

'I knew MAFS [Married at First Sight] was dangerous but had no idea it would put me in hospital,' she admitted to the publication on Saturday.
'And the real tragedy in all of this is that I missed [MAFS stars] Jess and Dan on the couch while I spent 10 hours in emergency on Monday night.'
