MAFS' Michael Brunelli shares anti-bullying message

He's the long-haired lothario who came his 'wife' Martha Kalifatidis' defence after she poured wine on Cyrell Paule during the finale of Married At First Sight.

And on Sunday, Michael Brunelli shared a touching anti-bullying message for his legions of fans.

Revealing he received a 'truckload of hate' during the show, the primary school teacher, 27, encouraged fans to 'cut out' bullies from their life.

In a two-part video posted to Instagram, Michael said: 'This is a message for any boy, any teenager and any grown man. 

He continued: 'If you wanna have a little bit of fun and put on some makeup, if you wanna paint your toenails or paint your partners toenails, you wanna wear a pink bathrobe, dress something that's a little bit out there or flamboyant, or style your hair a little bit differently - then go and do it.'

'Understand that it doesn't make you any less of a man and it certainly doesn't make you not masculine. And anyone that hates you for it, understand that those people are the ones with the problem.'

Known for experimenting with fashion and different hairstyles on the show, Michael revealed he often received hate online for the way he presented himself.
