She captioned it, writing: 'The real reason Harvey wasn't with me on holiday with my mum was because his passport had expired.'
She also confirmed that Harvey wasn't left with nanny Lauryn Cook during the social media post, which has previously been reported.
But in response to Katie's reasoning, some eagle-eyed fans noticed that something was amiss.

Fans spotted that the corner of Harvey's passport had been cut off, with some noticing that that would only happen once you were in possession of a new, valid passport.
Commenting after seeing Katie's story, one fans declared: 'It's definitely a lie.
'She's posting an old passport with the corner cut off which she'd only have in her possession had she received a new, valid passport for Harvey. Who knows who the lie is for but she's not very good at telling them!'
