She's become a firm audience favourite on this year's season of Bachelor In Paradise.

But Alisha Aitken-Radburn, 26, was worlds away from the Fijian paradise on Sunday when she was spotted organising a volunteer Labor rally at Sydney's Burwood, in the seat of Reid. 

Alisha, who works as Director of Events and Fundraising at NSW Labor, was in her element as she 'helped elderly Labor fans to their seats and pushed a trolley full of empty boxes, according to The Australian.

The publication claimed that two volunteers were even left star-struck by the reality star's appearance at the event.  

Alisha, who is a University of Sydney graduate, worked as an 'advancer'
