The drama from this year's Married At First Sight shows no sign of slowing down, despite the reality program officially wrapping last week.
But one participant who isn't letting the negativity drag him down is miner and meditation coach, Dino Hira.
Before the show's finale aired in early April, the 34-year-old was photographed finding his inner-peace in a Sydney park in March.

In Daily Mail Australia's exclusive pictures, Dino is seen working up a sweat during a grueling meditation session in the sun.
The reality show participant began his outdoor excursion by removing his t-shirt and performing some light stretches.
He held himself in the prone back extension pose for several moments, before standing up to extend his arms in various movements.
