Just a day after embarrassing footage leaked online of Tammy Hembrow 'passed out' at Coachella, the Instagram star faced further embarrassment on Tuesday.
A photo resurfaced of the 24-year-old posing in a pair of skimpy denim shorts, seemingly unaware that her zipper is undone.

In the image, which was taken over the weekend, the Saski Collection founder poses alongside a fellow model and two female fans.
The photo was later shared to a popular Instagram fan account dedicated to Tammy, and it didn't take long for people to notice the fashion faux pas.
'Tammy's fly is undone,' commented one eagle-eye follower.
