But according to a conspiracy theory doing the rounds, Samuel Johnson will most likely win the show due to an 'agreement' with Channel 10 bosses. Former Bachelor contestant Keira Maguire claimed on Tuesday that she is convinced the CBS-owned network has guaranteed Samuel a victory. 'Remember you're dealing with Channel 10! Keira Maguire (right) has sparked a conspiracy theory that Dancing with the Stars is 'fixed' and Samuel Johnson (left) is guaranteed to win Keira said on her her podcast The Buzz that because Samuel is 'Channel 10 talent', the network obviously wants him to win the show. Presumably, Channel 10 executives would then want to leverage his victory into a starring role on another program. '[Courtney Act] is not going to win. Samuel Johnson is.' Keira said, reflecting on the show's current betting odds. A predetermined outcome? Keira claimed on her podcast The Buzz this week that because Samuel is 'Channel 10 talent', the network obviously wants him to win the show 'No, but I'm serious! You've got to remember you're dealing with Channel 10 and this is Channel 10 talent and they obviously have something in line for him,' she added. Samuel has starred in several Channel 10 shows in the past, including The Secret Life of Us, Thank God You're Here and police drama Rush. Keira added that she believes Courtney Act will place second in the Dancing with the Stars finale, with blogger Constance Hall placing third.
