The singer and actress are joined by a list of other famous names including television personality Gayle King, actor Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock and Nancy Pelosi. Each year, the honorees have an article written about them in the magazine by a fellow celebrity and this year, Shawn Mendes wrote Taylor‘s Time 100 piece. He said: 'Taylor makes the job of creating music for millions of people look easy. It all comes from her—her belief in magic and love, and her ability to be as honest and raw as possible. She’s the master of putting the perfect amount of thought into not overthinking, and that’s why her music connects so well. 'Taylor makes anyone older feel young again and anyone young feel they can do anything.' Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes said it was a career highlight to write about Sandra, who starred on the show for two years.' Others on the list include Lady Gaga, Brie Larson, Spike Lee, Emilia Clarke, Ariana Grande, Mahershala Ali, Glenn Close, Ryan Murphy, Rami Malek and Chrissy Teigen. Michelle Obama got a special mention from Beyoncé, who wrote: 'Loving Michelle Obama wasn’t much of a choice. It was something that came naturally. She continued: '[Obama] would’ve been impactful simply by being in the White House, the first African-American First Lady. 'But she also used her position of power to improve the world around her. She empowers all of us to interrogate our fears and surpass greatness.' Share or comment on this article: All rights reserved for this news site dailymail and under his responsibility
