The mother-of-four clutched her wallet and phone as she indulged her sweet tooth with a browse around the candy store.
Her light locks had a red tint and she wore smokey eye-makeup and a nude lip for the outing.
It's the first time Presley - who was married to singer Michael Jackson briefly in the 1990s - has been spotted out since the explosive HBO Leaving Neverland documentary aired last month.
The two-part series puts the spotlight on allegations made by Wade Robson and James Safechuck of the sexual abuse they suffered at the hands of Jackson who died in 2009.
Presley got together with Jackson in 1993. They had first met in 1975 when a seven-year-old Presley attended several of his concerts in Las Vegas.
