Karl Stefanovic has 'undergone a second vasectomy reversal surgery' and is trying for a baby with new wife Jasmine Yarbrough, 34, The Daily Telegraph reported on Saturday.
Karl, 44, reportedly had a first surgery after his wedding, and 'a second operation in the last couple of weeks' the paper alleges.

It's unclear if the first surgery worked, as vasectomy reversals are not always successful and can take months before fertility resumes for the patient.
In 2010, the TV host told Woman's Day that he had a vasectomy following the birth of his three children, son Jackson, 19, daughter Ava, 13, and son River, 12, with then-wife Cassandra Thorburn.
The four-hour procedure involves cutting or tying the vas deferens to stop sperm entering the urethra and thereby results in sterilization.
At the time, the Channel Nine personality did not foresee having any need to reverse the vasectomy, but in 2016, Karl and Cassandra split after 21 years of marriage.
