Oscar slept peacefully as Tana cradled him in her arms, and he looked sweet in a star-spangled onesie that was sure to keep him warm.
Tana also looked relaxed as she looked towards the camera for the snap, and she shielded her eyes from the brilliant summer sun by wearing a stylish pair of shades.
The baby 'wrote' in the playful caption: 'Mummy took me to the beach for the first time today!! I loved it.'
