Karen Clifton cut a casual figure in tight sports gear as she left the gym in London on Friday, amid the fallout surrounding her ex-husband Kevin's romance with Stacey Dooley.
The Strictly pro, 36, stepped out in the red and blue ensemble as it was revealed that her former partner has been dating the broadcaster, 32.
Karen - who divorced Kevin, 36, last year after three years of marriage - was in great spirits as she stepped out following the intense workout.

Karen highlighted her trim figure in tight red leggings and an oversized blue jumper, as she went makeup free for the outing.
The star appeared happy and relaxed following the revelation that her husband was dating Stacey, after the pair were crowned Strictly champions in December.
Karen has stayed on good terms with Kevin following their split earlier this year, and is yet to publicly comment on his new romance.
It has now been claimed that Stacey has been warned to steer clear of Kevin for the sake of her career.
