And now, the father-of-one, 35, has revealed exactly what he whispered into his microphone during the editing fail.
After a fan probed the hunk during an Instagram Q&A on Monday, Dan laughed: 'Yeah, this was a funny one!'
'I was more like, ''Mayday, Mayday. Quick, get me out of there 'cause it's full of negativity!'',' Dan joked.
'Nah, I actually said, ''I gotta go to the toilet. I'm busting!'',' he revealed.
