Game Of Thrones star Maisie Williams initially thought her nude sex scene in Sunday night's episode 'was a prank' when she first read the script.
The actress, 22, shocked fans when her character Arya got intimate with her lifelong friend Gendry (Joe Dempsie) in an unexpected twist in the latest installment of the HBO show.
Maisie has now admitted she thought the episode's script contained a bogus scene when the intimate act was pointed out by her co-star and close friend Sophie Turner.

She told Entertainment Weekly: 'At first, I thought it was a prank. I was like "Yo, good one", and [the showrunners] were like "No, we haven't done that this year." Oh f***!'
The Doctor Who star explained showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have played similar jokes on the cast in the past - and she was shocked to learn this wasn't the case.
She said: 'I got to the read-through and I'm reading the scene and thought, "Oh, we're actually going to do this. When do I shoot this? I need to go to the gym". A whole list of things.'
The actress said David and Dan let her decide exactly how much she wanted to show, and she opted to keep herself 'pretty private'.
