The Love Island star, 25, looked casually cool in a clingy cropped jumper and jeans as she joined the sartorially savvy TOWIE star, 30, in London on Tuesday.
While appearing on the BBC show, Megan candidly discussed the backlash over her plastic surgery and admitted she wasn't prepared to face such harsh criticism in regards to her look once she exited the popular dating show.
