While appearing on the BBC show, Megan candidly discussed the backlash over her plastic surgery and admitted she wasn't prepared to face such harsh criticism in regards to her look once she exited the popular dating show. The beauty was joined by fellow reality star Danielle, who also looked stylish in a tight black top which she tucked into a pair of cobalt blue trousers. Speaking about her plastic surgery journey: 'I was under a lot of scrutiny when I came out of this reality show. I had procedures done solely for me and my first was at 17, I had my ears pinned back. Then at 19 I had a boob job and rhinoplasty. It was all for me 'Then when I was on TV, everyone were like "this is her before, this is her after. She's so fake!"' 'Plastic surgery has made me happier. Obviously it didn't fix all of my problems and I had to work on myself. You learn to love yourself and feel more comfortable.' 'I wasn't aware of the fact that I was being trolled because I had so much plastic surgery. I think its sad. That's the kind of attitude that makes young people not do their research and rush into it because they're scared to tell their family and friends that they want to go and get this procedure done in fear of bring judged.' When she was presented with the before and after snap of her that began to circulate, Megan admitted: 'No one likes looking back at a picture of them when they were young. The scarf and the hairstyle wasn't cute but I didn't look in the mirror and think "omg i was hideous". 'But that was what I was faced with when I came out. People saying "look at you before.
