Their relationship came to an end in 2015 when the pair legally separated before she filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, which was later finalized in 2016. The 35-year-old actress said she was 'very hungry' to pursue a relationship with the Dawes frontman after the pair hit it off online following the end of her abusive marriage to Adams 'I knew, even before I met Taylor, I would love again, and I would get married again, and I would have a family,' she said. 'And all the things I always hoped for and wanted, I still believed were out there and possible. 'Not to say that I didn’t have my own grief and pain and trauma to tend to, deal with, overcome and heal from, but it never affected how I feel about love.'
