The One Show is getting a special visit from the Strictly Come Dancing pros this Wednesday.
And Alex Jones was having a blast as she arrived at the BBC studios alongside her co-host Matt Baker for the fun-filled performance, putting on a show for onlookers as they arrived on stage.
The pregnant star, 42, showed off her dance moved as she shimmied along in time to the music alongside the dancers, including Giovanni Pernice, AJ Pritchard and Oti Mabuse.

Alex looked lovely in a pink leopard print dress, nipped in under the bust to skim her baby bump.
The Welsh presenter layered up with a black leather jacket and wore her brunette bob down loose.
Her co-host Matt was also having a ball during filming, at one point joking around and pretending to grab her baby bump.
