'But for now, I have been told I need to focus on getting myself better and keeping healthy in order to carry on growing our mini Hinch and I must listen to professional medical advice.

'I know how amazing you all are and how much you care about me, and the last thing I would want is you all worrying about me without me saying anything at all.

The lovable Instagram star revealed on Christmas Day that she was expecting her first child with husband Jamie, she shared a sweet picture of them holding a baby scan while her beloved pet dog Henry wore a bib which said 'big brother' on it.

She penned alongside the image: 'My Hinchers [heart emoji] Mr Hinch and I have been keeping a little secret ..  All of our Christmas wishes have come true, our mini Hinch will soon be due ..

'Henry is going to be the best big brother ever! ❤️ I Hope you’ve all had the most magical Christmas Day ❤️.'

Just weeks later, in January, Sophie announced that they were expecting a baby boy as she shared a collection of 'baby boy' branded goodies, she captioned the snap with: 'Our Mini Hinch .. Our Darling Boy.'

Despite not revealing her baby's exact due date, it is believed that the Instagram sensation is due to give birth in June or July.

Speaking recently during an interview on This Morning about how she'll find the time to clean and look after a newborn baby, Sophie said: 'I’m a first-time mum so it’s all new.

'I know my Hinchers will help me because they’ve said "don’t worry I still have time to clean and I’ve got three or four kids".

'And I’m like "I can do this". Maybe I’ll whack the broom out when baby is asleep and we’ll see how we go. I’m just going to have fun with it and just give it my everything I can.'

Sophie has candidly spoke about her health in the past and during her first major interview with The Mail on Sunday's You magazine in March, she revealed she underwent a disastrous gastric band operation to lose weight when she was 21.

The cleaning guru admitted that she underwent a £6,000
