Guests at Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant's engagement party over the weekend were forced to put their hands in their pockets, with only 'one free drink' on offer. 

But on Wednesday, the Married At First Sight couple bizarrely both took to Instagram to spruik Moët & Chandon champagne for 'celebrating' with them.

The eyebrow-raising promotional posts come after Jules revealed they had declined any offers for brand partnerships at the event - and it had 'cost them a lot of money'.
