Mischa Barton has come to an agreement in the lawsuit against her stemming from her infamous U-Haul crash in February 2017.
The 33-year-old actress reached a settlement deal with the homeowners association of an apartment building that she crashed into. The Blast reports that court documents show the building has filed a notice confirming the conditional settlement.
No details of the agreement have been revealed but Mischa has until June 25 to fulfill the terms of the deal, at which point the company will drop the lawsuit.

The Blast reports that a settlement hearing is scheduled for next week.
It comes after the website reported that the homeowners' association for the Park Wellington in West Hollywood had been demanding to question the actress about her 'level of intoxication and mental health at the time of the accident as impacted by her hospitalization for an apparent breakdown two weeks prior to the accident'.
Mischa was hospitalized for a mental evaluation in January 2017 after neighbors found her in her backyard in a distressed state rambling and screaming incoherently.
