So Line of Duty viewers may not be used to seeing Anna Maxwell Martin and Adrian Dunbar looking quite so relaxed in each other's company.

The co-stars laughed and strolled arm-in-arm after a visit to London's Claridge's hotel.

It was a far cry from their tense scene on Sunday night when Miss Maxwell Martin's DCS Patricia Carmichael grilled Superintendent Ted Hastings, played by Dunbar, to find out if he is gang leader 'H'.

Miss Maxwell Martin, 41, wore a stylish blue coat and matching trousers as they spent Monday afternoon together in the capital while giving media interviews. 

She teamed them with white boots and carried a purple Liberty shopping bag.
